As much as it pleasantly surprised me, Spyrius was a short-lived theme with not very many sets. Like many other Space themes from the 90s, this theme had its day in the sun and then it was out.
Is it a little sad that we didn't get to see more crazy Spyrius builds? Yes. Can we do something about it? Absolutely!

Here I'm going to show off one of my MOCs: the Mobile Launch Rover. It made sense to me that if launching these "satellites" was a big thing for this faction, they would have a vehicle capable of doing it in a more mobile context. So I made one.
I had to cut some corners on the mis-satellite itself because I didn't have the exact parts and even if I did, it wouldn't have fit exactly where it needed to.
Apart from that I tried to stick as closely as I could to the original theme aesthetic, using some build elements from other sets where I could and trying my best to make something that would both look cool and be fun to play around with.
One thing I wish I had were two trans-dark-blue dishes to put on the front, replacing the cones. Unfortunately I was out of parts.
