Is there a particular "C-028" combo pack from the Car Robots line that TFWiki neglects to list? All I'm seeing is "God Fire Convoy Special Clear Version" which is a Toys R Us exclusive. I don't think that's where this tech spec card originates. The Encore rerelease comes with a different card from what I've seen.
