>>11104677Green Stuff World makes some great color shift paints. I’d recommend either one layer of Darth Blue or Psychotic Illusions then seal it with a gloss finish and it’d look pretty sick. There are some youtube reviews to get an idea of how the effect shimmers in the light.
Darth Blue will be darker and more subtle if you want it to look full black but I think the purples and blues in Psychotic Illusions would look really nice, especially since most of the model is going to fall to black anyway. Vibrant highlights would look really tasty.
I use these for my Necrons and anything metallic that I want to feel alien or magical and love them. It’d take two layers to get the full effect so if you want something more subtle one layer would be fine.
