Does anybody know what's going on with Zuru Max? I've been to a few Walmarts in the past couple months looking for Lego on clearance, and I've seen some new Max sets on the shelves while I was there. There's three varieties: a mini castle with knight figure, a mini dragon with ninja figure, and a mini tank with Halo-type figure. They scan as $4.97 at the price checkers, but they get flagged as "restricted items" when I take them up to the checkout. I know Zuru recently lost a lawsuit Lego brought against them. Why would Walmart put something they can't sell on the shelves?
