As someone who got scammed by Andrew in the past....now that he's admitted his identity after lying repeatedly (again) this guy needs to be banned and every post he made from his IP removed, every single time he shows his god damned face.
Just because he follows through every now and again doesn't excuse his behavior the rest of the time, in regards to dishonest selling and thread derailing and ban evasion. He's a career shitposter and he needs to be dealt with by the mods.
Report his ass to paypal too. I know I got tired of his BS excuses and did so, and I got my money back real quick. With enough reports he will be kicked off there too, until he runs out of accounts to sockpuppet.
