Back briefly with the intrepid crew of our mining operation. Seems like there's a lot, but spread across so many modules and ships, they're just above minimal complement really. They're drawn from all over the place, including disaffected members of factions currently embroiled in the sector-wide conflict taking place around them. But everyone is there to work hard and make a tidy profit; while their operation isn't military in nature, they are all well armed and ready to defend themselves from any kind of threat. They do maintain relationships with some of the warring factions, as their mineral treasures are highly sought after by all sides.
