I could see a Rise of Cobra General Hawk being somewhere down the road, although I presume the major holdup would be whether or not they can get the actors' likeness rights at a price Hasbro is willing to pay. Other adult collector lines do it all the time though, so I'm sure a line as big as GI Joe could.
When I had to choose a head for my upgraded 25A General Hawk I gave him a Harrison Ford head, since I always thought Dennis Quaid and Harrison Ford had an uncanny resemblance to each other.
