The CQB care package(green guy with gasmask and knit cap) has two knee pads. I'm pretty sure the knee and elbow pads are the same, so maybe grabbing two of that to get a total of four. If you're ever planning on doing a Hunk or some generic Umbrella dudes, get the Urban Strike Squad. It has at least two pads(maybe four? I just put most of those guys away and don't want to rifle through my shipping container to check, but the one that's still out has two on him)
