Just got back from picking up my Rapunzel/Eugene set, and I feel bad for those who will being ordering this set online.
The quality control is all over the place, and I'm not just talking about wonky eyes, messed up hair, or smeared paint. The 3D cardboard back drops are held together by little cheap round pieces of tape. Some of the pieces of tape have peeled off and the 3D cardboard pieces are hanging loses in the box, on the floor or even sitting on top of the dolls themselves.
Even the one they had on display had a lose pieces. I looked at FOUR different sets before finding one where the dolls were ok, and the 3D backdrop pieces weren't hanging lose. The cast member was starting to get ticked off. One of the sets was in such bad shape that even she put a red mark on the box, and said it couldn't be sold, and would have to go back.
