>>9522768Plushies strike at my softer bits, in a way more abstract shapes could not. Getting a 'hug' back from a plushy does a lot more for my mood than a hugging a pillow would. I do recognize that it doesn't look flattering, but it's not like I'm flaunting these toys around a lot anyway, so I don't feel nervous about it.
