Id rather have more variance in the head sculpts honestly. Realistically the difference between the cartoon and promotional material is also negligible. The cartoon versions have had a FAR more limited release than the SHFs. Plenty of people picked up the SHFs when they became a bit more affordable. I mean I see more SHF toon Turtles posted here than I do the NECAs.
