I just mean a light drape that would be shaped kind of like Living Laser's head-dome, and "float" above the body a little to give it some mobility. I think that little bit of wiggle room would have made it compatible with most bodies too.
Hell, if you made it thin enough the edges could even be slightly flexible, to move out of the way for posing or thicker bodies.
