That's a lot of barrel these things have. Kit's... odd. Detailing's nice. Fit often good. Oddly plentiful flash, usually placed so it isn't very visible, until shit won't fit. Quite plentiful and utterly massive ejector pin marks/pegs, but so far at least all placed on the inside of stuff. One of two decal sheets missing, and the shop wasn't terribly optimistic about getting a replacement from MC. The missing decal looks like it'd be somewhat noticeable. But if a new sheet can't be wrung out of anyone some digging through instructions shows that I can swap out one part from the unused bits and make a T-72B instead (paint scheme Russian army in South Ossetia, 2012), and all the decals for that is on the decal sheet I have...
Also, the instructions ask for part M10 when they want M7, while the real M10and M8 both lack number tags next to them. Nothing but the photo on the box even hints at where the PE commander's shield should go, and that one isn't very clear about it either. Also I got link and length tracks here, but the instructions only show soft tracks, so finding out which bit goes where there without fiddling around until the cows come home meant lookign up the instructions for other T-72 variants on MC's homepage until I found one showing the tracks I got.
