>>9955088>a slight variation of an action figure with slightly different accessories I don't loose sleep over it either, but i like having choices. Choices are fun and may or may not fit my wants better.
To have these choices, the trade off is waiting in line half an hour longer... or who knows what, and I'm seriously okay with that.
I mean, do we even know what the overlap is even like with missing 10-20% con-goers? How many people who go to the panels buy exclusives? Were people just not interested in this year's panels? Were the exclusives also uninteresting (my interest from previous years was down 99%)?
So who knows how i benefitted from the fewer con-goers, especially with how i could just walk into any panel without waiting in line for 1-3 hours, because the 10-20% missing goers sure as hell wouldn't have made up vast difference in panel attendance.
With fewer people buying exclusives, that definitely does matter in what future exclusives will be made. And that's something that definitely matters to me.
>Were you a vendor or something?See pic. I benefit from sales at the con, but as i said up here
>>9943475, sales were actually pretty normal for pretty much everyone i talked to or know, despite the crowds not being as dense. Seems like the missing con-goers were mostly just casuals who want to see hollywood actors and buy pop culture toys.
I don't work for any toy company though and that's pretty much the only thing I've expressed concern about.
