>>7959296There's always a niche market for customized stuff if you can make the final product look better than the original. I've never personally tried it with doll houses, but I've custom painted nerf guns and figures and flipped em or gifted them to friends. Like these dollar store dinosaurs that were atrocious neon colors that I painted for my cousin.
