There are no tutorials because each of these pieces is pretty much unique and even if someone is crazy enough to double his workload by recording a detailed build log you won't be able to follow it anyway because you lack the skills the author has.
I said it before and I say it again, if you need the tutorials you are not ready, when you are ready you will not need any tutorials.
