Not sure its something everyone would want to do but the mini magnet lobotomy did wonders for me.
Can just throw the hat on her head now and it stays there EZPZ (pretty much literally, lob it from 20cm away and hat just lands on her head if you get a good shot). Even if you have to buy a few magnets on ebay its worth the few bucks.
I did a fucking hackjob on the inside of her skull and it isn't noticeable from the outside at all.
But you could also be more careful about it if the idea of the inside being scratched to fuck bothers you.
The hat part on mine is currently just blu-tacked in, but a dab of glue would be great once you get the magnet sitting in the right spot (with the 'poles' of the magnets you have to find the right spot for the magnet to sit so the hat sits right).
