>>8243169Yes they can! They have swivel-hinges at the shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, swivels at the wrists, and a true balljoint at the neck. Not super-poseable, but they at least have all the major points and can achieve some surprisingly expressive poses with what they've got. Raph's right hand can even hold his sai "punching" style!
I own a LOT of TMNT toys, some very expensive, and these are still my absolute favorites. Like I was saying, they hit a perfect balance for me in a lot of ways.
