>>10350152The glut of property tie-in merch is what I like to call "The Elsa Effect" : remember when Frozen came out? At that time, it was only a few things like Star Wars that got merch. EVERYBODY screamed for Elsa merch, which was nowhere to be found, during an Xmas rush even!
Ever since then, they flood the market with stuff "just in case" it turns out to be a runaway hit. And... usually isn't.
That said, I also recommend Treasure X. The random-ness sucks but the art style is amazing. Plus there's no story so you can give them your own personalities.
