Zeeks/Monoeye suits tend to be the big and proud faction so they've got lots of chonky suits, some notable ones are the Sazabi, Kshatriya, Jagd Doga, the whole Dom line, and the Zock. Feddies/Gundams+Visorfaces tend to be dapper and slim in comparison, but they've got some heavyset designs apart from your examples like the Nu HWS, ZZ, GP02, Gustav Karl (Unicorn), and GM Cannon II.
Due to proportion changes over the years, even the newer fatties tend to be kinda slimmer than the older fatties. It is what it is.
