I'd say send them an email with as much info as you can give them about your order and situation. Their customer support has always been really lenient with me.
Got this email today. This is actually kinda the second time I've done this, both times with items that were only a dollar or two. They refund you 85% and lock your account, but if you send an email to support they will generally unlock the account.
They just want your business, screwing you over because you might be a few days late on payment doesn't make them any money.
