As mentioned in the last thread, the decals showed silvering after a matte coat (after applying the decals to a gloss coat AND sealing them with another gloss coat without any issues).
As you can see I went with the DURAK scribble because I found it fitting with all the fuckups and my general ineptitude.
Also my first time doing any "serious" mud weathering, since I am currently trying something new each model. From all the reference pictures I found I could never tell if the paint was scuffed or if it was just dirt. As I don't feel competent enough yet to do the former, I went with the dirt. Also, the dirt never really seemed to go up to the turret, so that one is mostly clean save for a few spots where someone might have climbed about, hence why the decals are not covered.
I also get better at pin washes, and I tried postshading for the first time, although it was probably too subtle and I doubt it's visible on the pictures.
