That likely comes from him being more than just a headswap. The whole face of his torso is different as are the shoulder blocks.
I'm a fan of this head sculpt he's got. It a good Prime. It's just maybe 60% the size it should be.
Optimus' two guns are decently sized they just look so tiny in his enormous fists.
Also both of them have the strangest 5mm ports on them. Off center middle of the barrel? What good is that?
