And I'm almost certainly going to pick up PE's Gorira at some point, although I'm curious to see if they'll do any other recolors. Optimal himself doesn't hold a lot of nostalgia for me, but the mold itself looks great. If they did one in original Primal's colors, it would be an instabuy. There's also that other Primal with the robot gorilla mode, but of course they're making it fucking gigantic to scale with absolutely nothing. I was just hoping the mainline would give me a cool gorilla that could armor up.
Ah well, at least the old toys are still awesome.
Honestly if the new one's inner bot was TM Primal, I'd have less issue with it since at least then the surfboard mode would make more sense.
