If you just want a one-off of Ahmanet, you'd be better off commissioning a figure maker. 3d printing and figure painting take time and money to do well.
That being said, if you fancy making a MASSIVE collection of monsters those skills are wonderful over-lapping hobbies. DEEP wells of fun, creative, enriching skills that will keep you occupied till they put you in your sarcophagus.
You'll have a couple months of learning and mistakes, but a MARS-3 and a couple bottles of
IFUN 3D Printing Liquid Resin are less than $250 shipped from Amazon. You've probably bought single figs for more than that, and regretted it later.

It's really a shame Ahmanet won't get her own fig. Mummy 2017 is one of the few instance where you can say the entire production was hijacked and driven into the ground by one insane geriatric narcissistic.
