>>10675433You're talking but you're offered nothing but conjecture based on your limited understanding of how toys are made.
If multiple molds existed for the same thing like you say exists, someone somewhere out there has sold it on ebay or shown it off on video or somewhere.
If it's an entirely new process where the only way to show off the molds or process is to smuggle it out of China, how do you even know about it?
Again, you want to pretend that the time saved would totally make it cost effect, but we also know that creating the molds. Not time.
If they could produce a single mold with multiple heads, why would they even settle on using it for a single character? Since these toys are made by the wave with multiple characters, it's more efficient to include all the heads from all the other characters. Doing it for a single character doesn't save time if they can only produce a single part of the body one at a time. So while they have a hundred heads ready, they'd still be waiting on all the other pieces.
The 4H mold is actually super efficient (and pretty new method), since they can just switch the parts out for when they only want to reuse a specific part later on, which is totally up Hasbro's alley. So heads could be the same way.
I've been up for almost two days, so what I've said isn't that cohesive.
so td;dr: stop being fake and gay. show some proof, instead of showing shit that could be explained on the (old) methods i've posted.
