He's made of an Alien Covenant xenomorphic, with his head and back tubes and tail chopped off, and an aquarium treasure chest with dollhouse hinges, and I sculpted the teeth and gums from apoxie sculpt. The tongue is from a knockoff venom figure. Wasn't too hard to make, but definitely some time investment. It was my first custom, so I'm pretty happy with it, and it wasn't too hard to make.
