Personally, I think Raditz is a very nice figure and is quite fun. The sculpt is fantastic. Very expressive and the possible poses are numerous despite the armor and the hair.
On the other hand, the QC issues are almost systematic on him. I'm pretty lucky with mine but I handle him very carefully and avoid changing the arms.
The figure is currently way too expensive for all the problems it has or can have.
