Now the holes in the chest, while deep, can be filled with some epoxy sculpt and CAREFULLY painted over to blend in with the various blue hues of Neytiri's skin. However, it's the holes in the hip section that would cause the biggest problem. Mcfarlane uses a soft, rubbery plastic for the hip region of most of his figures. I don't know what filler you could use that could flex with the soft plastic and not break. I'm sure there's a more knowledgeable anon who could say what filler could be used, but it's not me. There's also the matter of sanding off the loin cloth parts and repainting.
