>>11420494Not him, but I have a couple figures in my PO where they did kinda shady things. I POed NECA's Metaluna Mutant right when it went up, and the prices was $36.99. At the beginning of the tariff situation, when they were just going to raise the prices, they set the price to $40.99. After they "moved" the prices back to the pre-tariff amounts and put the note that the tariff surcharge wasn't calculated in yet, they set the price to $38.99. This figure has seen three or four prices in the last month or so. I have another figure POed (not a NECA) but the price I POed it at was $51.99, and the new price they have set at $58.99, and the removed the tariff surcharge note completely.
There's all sorts of stuff like this going on, but there have been YT videos about how the prices aren't matching on places like Pulse, BBTS, EE, and several other places for Hasbro figures too.
These places are just legitimately making up the prices as they go along in some cases, it feels like.
