He can barely raise his arms above 90 degrees, and he can't cross his arms as well as the evas. I'll admit the ability to raise and lower the shoulders is nice, but again, that's something that doesn't work as well on the marvel examples because they don't have shoulderpads to stop it from looking disjointed.
Wolverine has tiny shoulderpads that are almost strips, and even those are gonna make the shoulders work much better. I don't really need another wolverine, but I'm hyped as hell for him because his design is probably gonna solve most of my problems with the previous two. He's got the potential to be the best thing yamaguchi's put out.
