They're both pretty similar, but aggressors win in hip articulation (they can kick forward slightly higher), and tie in shoulder articulation (they both have similar joints, but the terminators sculpt is just so that it can butterfly forward more, meanwhile aggressor can stick his arm straight out a bit further). Terminator also has the edge with a more open waist swivel, but has basically no ab crunch to speak of, while aggressor only gets a slight ab crunch.
Admittedly I took off the ammo belts to my aggressor, they restricted articulation in some of the more extreme angles.
Figure wise, they are pretty even, with each having their own problems.
The pot belly comments are funny, though, because it comes from additional armor plating, and the aggressors good posture vs the terminators hunched implications. Aggressors kind of got an itty bitty waist, now that I look closer.
