>>6844548I remember buying 30 dollars worth of fake pokemon cards at a flea market once and they were the obvious kind of fakes, I don't why I thought I should buy them even as an unsupervised child. This stand had plenty of real cards on offer also, both Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh, but I saw how many more fake cards I could get for the money, I guess.
My mom was pissed and got me to take her back to the stand and the lady at the stand at first was at all no refunds and went on about them not being bootlegs, saying they were "competitive oriental stock" instead, whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.
But my mom dug in her heels and insisted on getting the money back, and I guess the stand lady realized she meant business and was making a scene so she offered my mom to swap the fakes for 30 dollars worth real cards that she had, including pic related and holofoil rares of the gen 1 Legendary birds.
