This is kind of the opposite of ending up as a mech, seeing as it can't transform.
>>7774343The sloped pieces are attached to a black one of those 1x1 knob plates (basically invisible thanks to my phone camera), this gives it a footprint of exactly 2x2. This fits nicely in the mighty micros fender piece.
On a related note, the pieces that make the "head" are not attached to anything. They are only held in by the smokestacks, It's an exact fit and they don't rattle.
With enough fiddling, you can get the canisters in a position where they don't rub, but it's not easy.
