Their gross misunderstanding of what fans want and arrogance about how they think Star Wars fans and collectors will buy absolutely anything hook, line and sinker caused the downfall of the project. Hasbro just thinks they have to put in zero effort with these big Go Fund Me style releases at the end of the day. It took weeks of begging to get Malakili, their final last minute hail Mary. A figure that should have been included in the first place. A fat, crying white guy.. I don’t think anything has to do with “wokeness”, it’s just flat out ignorance. I think that’s a lot more offensive. They do not care about what fans want, or are seriously that out of touch.
