Second one only looks at the biological differences, and that in itself doesn't really say much. Only takes a few atoms to change our brain chemistry and blocking a few neuron receptors to completely change our brains with modern modicine and medical procedures.
So any differences, no matter how minor they are, have a big effect on our behaviors.
Whatever is similar is pretty important to just making our bodies work. If there WERE a major difference between male and females brains, we'd be completely fucking alien to one another.
It's like how humans share DNA with countless animals (and even fucking plants). The further it deviates, the less human it looks and even then, we still share the majority of our dna because we're living creatures.
