Again, they could have been doing this at the time the toy was first sculpted, but McFarlane values sculpt over everything else. Most western companies hold this position as well, because that's what consumers demand in the west.
Shit like pic doesn't cost extra $$$ no matter how much you pretend requires talent. Like i said, it's shit people on /toy/ have been doing for well over a decade. Simple shit.
