As the sun began to set on May the fourth, John eagerly prepared to post his collection of Star Wars bad guy action figures on social media for the upcoming Revenge of the Fifth. He carefully arranged his Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, and Boba Fett figures, all ready to be showcased in all their evil glory.
But as he looked over his collection one last time, John noticed that something was missing. He wanted to add a new villain to the mix, someone who could truly stand toe-to-toe with the likes of Vader and Palpatine. Suddenly, he had an idea: he reached over to his shelf and grabbed his old Dr. Evil action figure, from the Austin Powers movie series.
John hesitated for a moment, wondering if it was appropriate to mix figures from different universes. But he couldn't resist the temptation to add some humor to his post, so he placed Dr. Evil right in the center of his Star Wars display, holding his iconic pinky finger up to his lips.
John hit "post" and waited for the reactions to roll in. At first, he was nervous. What if people didn't appreciate the humor? But as the comments flooded in, he knew he had made the right choice. Everyone loved the unexpected addition of Dr. Evil to the Star Wars lineup.
And so, John's Revenge of the Fifth post became a hit. He gained a new appreciation for the power of unexpected humor, and he couldn't wait to see what other creative ideas he could come up with for future posts.
