Nevermind the late 00s and mid 10s drops.
If anything, that mid-10s drop is part of how Hasbro was able to keep the price at $20 for over 5 years, while increasing the budget for their toys. There's no longer period where price didn't budge since the 90s.
Like I've been saying, the correlation isn't there for inflation.
