The OC on Tumblr is garbage or at best mediocre, all the really good things are either from other websites or at least crossposted (and thus can be found elsewhere, were searching also works better).
Instead you need to check the websites where people actually post their own works, like Flickr.
Honestly Switch anon, you are either blind or only browse in garbage places, because Flickr is full with gorgeous Switch dolls.
