I go to my local thrift store almost every week, and while I've scored a few nice items I've never seen a Totally hair barbie doll. Naked dolls at my Goodwill have just been upped from $1 to $3 even if they have matted or cut hair, and pen marks on their faces.
If the doll is new in it's box the store manager will look it up on ebay on her cell phone, and she will price the doll for at least $5 more than it sells for on ebay, however she fucks the packaging up by taking a big fat permanent marker, and writing the price right on the clear window part of the dolls box.
