I don't know what Toho was thinking with the sudden flood. I'm all for giving Bandai competition, especially with how they've been fucking us when it comes to price and accessories, and I'm very happy with the Mezco's 5 Points XL series and Hiya's line, but this flooding stratagy seems like it'll be bad for the health of all the lines. There are nowhere near as many kaiju collectors as there are capeshit collectors, we can't sustain as much diversity of lines as Marvel or DC.
>>10556722I hope so. The inclusion of the beam heads as a Super7 store exclusive if you order BOTH of the figures shows how desperate they are after the wave of cancellations that came with their first wave. I have never wanted a line of figures to fail until now. I don't collect MMS because I'm not big into vinyl figures, I don't collect X-plus because I like posing my figures, I don't collect playmates because I'm not a little kid. I have never once wanted any of those to fail simply because I don't collect them, but I want Scam7's line to fail.
