>>5950498>hip joints Not always. It really depends on the figure, as many of them just have a ball joint rotation around the midsection + a side/side swivel on the hip due to belts, shirts, abs, or other pieces.
Some designs have enough soft material or lack of intrusive features that change their flexibility.
For example, Stone Free (right) has joints below the ribcage AND the hipjoint, while Rohan V2 (left) seems to have a unique case of just a swivel joint at the midsection and a ball at the hip.
It's an interesting topic of discussion though, since I often find myself unaware of all the joints some of my figures have, since articulation varies so much between figures.
