What you want to do here is grip the forearm piece firmly at both ends (not at the joints, unless you want to snap them, hold it at both ends of the solid piece of the forearm) and twist the entire piece to give it some torsion, until you hear little cracks and snaps which will be the glue breaking and letting go.
After that you get something long and think and spudge it apart all around the seam, little by little, until you can see the glue has completely let go.
