Maybe it's just his bright colors, but Keltuss reads as hilariously smug to me. I'm not even really a He-man fan, I just like some of the character designs, but I couldn't resist such a nice color scheme and getting a unique version of Skeletor. I also really like the Skapular head, but second run Skapulars have bad paint so this was a nice way to get that too.
