My brother-in-law is a cool guy, he was the first adult who was into toys I knew and he always liked to pick stuff up stuff at comic shops and TRU he thought looks cool(much to my sister's chagrin; she's 17 years older than me which is why I'm a 6 year old with a brother-in-law). He'd usually give it to me after a while because he mostly just wanted to check out the sculptwork. Anyway, This is one of those figures. Made for a great general villain. Later I found out he was from the battlestar Galactica 90s comic, because everything had a toyline in the 90s.
