I love giant robots, and even got some Gundams / other mechas, but Transfomers were always considered the prime (heh) and I never really understood why. To be honest, I don't really like the gimmick of the transformation, I just enjoy giant bots beating the shit out of each other. So I've watched the movies. You can say whatever about the movies, but Bay is really good at putting up a show and really cool fights. I wanted to dip my toes into TF and saw this Prime in another forum, decided this was going to be THE ONE.
And so it is. I won't go for many TFs probably
