Before finalizing the King Hiss toy, the concept was originally a handsome Hordesman that turned into a green monster. This concept art presumably came around the same time as the concepts for Tung Lashor, Octavia, Dylamug and Firepower Man (who became Colonel Blast in the show), which all featured in the cartoon.
Now, the cartoon had a villain named False Face, a green Hordesman who turned into a handsome prince to seduce Glimmer.
Do you think False Face was based on this concept sketch? And if so, does that not make False Face "Filmation King Hiss" in the same way that Colonel Blast and Rio Blast are the "same" guy?
