You may buy the figures straight from the 4H store, usually by preordering them when they are announced 1year+ in advance or through occasional in-stock sales. Their shipping prices are crazy high, so if you only want one or two figures in a way it may be better to buy from BBTS or better yet a retailer in the EU, even with a higher product price.
Personally I'm Spanish and I've been buying from the 4H store, but it appears that some local stores have started carrying preorders for one of the next waves (All Star 5), so I'm keeping an eye to see if this becomes the norm.

Demons look great and they are also interesting for Figma Table Museum displays. I may end up buying two of each, to display one of each head.
Not sure about the bases. They don't appear expensive at first glance. It might be cool to get one set, but I'm not sure what mileage I'd get from them.
