You'll want to apply just a cunt's hair worth on the joints to loosen it, as they're hella lubricative. I forgot what the grades mean, but something around the #300 mark should be okay. I think they refer to how liquid/viscous the shock oil is. I've been using this stuff since the Tiger & Bunny Figuarts came out with their squeeky hips.
